On 3 May, a training course for the persons-in-charge (PICs) of the Byakuren Group was held at the SGM Culture Centre. Participants studied SGI President Ikeda’s lectures on The Record of the Orally Transmitted Teachings, reaffirming their mission as Bodhisattvas of the Earth. 

On the same day, the PICs of the Hope Fife-and-Drum Corps gathered at the SGM Selangor Culture Centre for a training course that included technical practice, experience sharing, Buddhist study and group discussions.
