SGM Perak Fosters Understanding and Friendship at Aidilfitri Celebration

On 5 April 2026, SGM Perak attended a Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration held at Ipoh’s  Masjid Muhammadiah.

The Ipoh branch of the Malaysian Chinese Muslim Association Ipoh (MACMA Ipoh) and the Masjid Muhammadiah Committee coorganised the event, with support from the Perak Indian Muslim Association (PRIM) and the Tasek Muslim Community Association (PMMT).

In his speech, organising chairman Dato’ Dr Fadzli Cheah Abdullah highlighted that leaders from various organisations had gathered for the occasion, with attendees from diverse ethnic backgrounds, reflecting a spirit of unity and harmony. 

Representatives from SGM Perak, including Deputy Secretary Yeoh Bee Chin, also engaged in warm exchanges with members of different organisations. Through these interactions, participants deepened mutual understanding and strengthened interfaith and intercultural connections.
