Synopsis

Chapters (Summary of Contents)

Golden Bridge: Shin’ichi Yamamoto engraves Josei Toda’s wish for the happiness of the people of Asia in his heart. At the Student Division General Meeting on 8 September 1968, he delivers a proposal for China-Japan friendship.

Guiding Star: Shin’ichi travels to Wakkanai’at the northernmost part of Japan to encourage members. He takes the lead in the discussion meetings, which serve as a microcosm of global unity, and continues to lead by example.

Shining Citadel: To transform the Amami Islands into an ideal land of kosen-rufu, Shin’ichi strives alongside fellow members confronting challenges. Meanwhile, resplendent arts festivals were held across the country in the autumn, inspiring people’s hearts.

Land of Happiness: 1969 is the Year of Construction. Shin’ichi travels to Okinawa, joining hands with members to compose a chapter of revitalisation and victory in their lives.
