Sabah Blood Drive Collects 35 Units of Blood

On 2 August 2026, SGM Sabah and Queen Elizabeth II Hospital jointly organised a blood donation drive at the SGM Sabah Culture Centre. The initiative received an enthusiastic response from the public, with a total of 35 units of blood collected to support patients in need and replenish the local blood bank.

The event supported Sustainable Development Goal 3, “Good Health and Wellbeing,” by raising awareness of the importance of saving lives through blood donation.

SGM Sabah will continue to work with various sectors of society to promote community initiatives, respond to social needs through concrete action and foster a humanistic spirit of respect for life, contributing to a caring and supportive society.
