Soka Community Day activities were held nationwide in May, featuring a wide range of programmes to encourage community interaction while raising awareness of education, family relationships and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
On 3 May, SGM Negeri Sembilan organised the Soka Community Day cum High School Division Education Fair at its culture centre, with around 80 students and parents in attendance. A total of 14 academic and career exploration booths were set up. The programme also included sharing sessions on how parents can guide their children in choosing future fields of study.

On 10 May, Kuala Lumpur (South) held its Soka Community Day at the SGM Culture Centre, featuring a family education talk titled “From Controlling to Understanding” by registered counsellor Brenda Ong. The event attracted over 450 participants and provided valuable insights into building positive parent-child relationships.

Also on 10 May, the Soka Community Day held at the Sabah Culture Centre featured a blood donation drive in collaboration with Queen Elizabeth Hospital, experience-sharing sessions, dance performances and a natural detergent workshop, among other activities.

Meanwhile, SGM Johor South One Zone organised a Soka Family Day at its Culture Centre on 10 May, attended by nearly 500 people. The programme included cultural performances, financial planning and parenting talks, dialogue sessions and a pre-loved items market.
