President of New Era University College Prof Mok Soon Chong said in his speech that launching the publication of The Complete Works of Hsu Yun-Tsiao in 2004 and undertaking arduous editing work shows SGM’s foresight and dedication to cultural undertakings. Expressing his sincere gratitude to SGM, Prof Mok also said that the work will add value to the library and he looked forward to more cooperation between the two parties.

SGM General Director Koh Sia Feai, in his speech, mentioned that it was with the spirit to serve the society and nurture the future that SGM published the work. Using a metaphor that it is after digging layers of dirt can we get to the gold, Mr Koh shared that it took 17 years of collecting data, reviewing, compiling and overcoming various challenges and difficulties for the complete works to be published.

In addition to the complete works, SGM has also donated 114 works by SGI President Ikeda and art catalogues to the library to provide enrichment and spiritual nourishment for students. In 2013, SGM also donated 124 volumes of President Ikeda’s dialogues and other works to the library.
