On 29 October 2023, SGM Selangor collaborated with the Pulau Ketam Environmental Management Committee to organise a community clean-up activity (gotong-royong) in the island. With the aim to create a better environment, SGM members and residents of the island worked together to clear items that are harmful to the marine ecosystem, such as plastic waste.
