The SGM Galaxy Chamber Orchestra held a musical concert on 30 June at the Soka Gakkai Culture Centre. The performance began with “Thor: The Dark World” by Brian Tyler, followed by several notable pieces from films by renowned Japanese animator Hayao Miyazaki, such as “Reprise,” “Laputa” and “Always with Me.”          

SGM gymnastics team was invited to perform at a Chinese New Year’s Eve programme hosted by the media company Astro. The programme was video recorded on 27 January at Bandar Rimbayu and broadcasted nationwide on Astro Channel on 9 February to celebrate the festive occasion. On 25 November, SGM Selangor performed a lively Chinese dance at the opening ceremony of the “Royal Klang Town Heritage” celebration held at the Kota Raja Stadium in Klang. The celebration, organised by the Klang Municipal Council and the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, saw the participation of over 500 people.
