On December 7 and 8, 2019, SGM Sabah held the “Gandhi, King, Ikeda: A Legacy of Building Peace” exhibition at its culture centre in Kota Kinabalu. The ideals of peace and non-violence of Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr. and Daisaku Ikeda were presented in the exhibition.

Timothy Fung, an exhibition narrator, said that he was impressed by the three icon’s powerful conviction and courage in overcoming all obstacles and setting off ripples of peace in society.

Invited guests from Cosmopoint College also expressed their interest in hosting the exhibition at their school compound. In total, some 190 people viewed the exhibition.
