On 17 February 2026, about 50 SGM Sabah members visited Bukit Harapan Therapy Community to celebrate Chinese New Year with its residents. The centre was filled with laughter and cheerful exchanges, creating a warm scene of festive goodwill.
The event opened with an energetic lion dance performance by youth division members, setting a lively tone for the celebration. This was followed by a graceful traditional dance from the women’s division members. Residents responded with enthusiastic applause, many gathering around the lion dance with cheerful delight.
After extending heartfelt Chinese New Year greetings, members presented the centre with a donation of food and daily necessities. They also took time to engage with the residents.
