A total of 333 Kaho Group persons-in-charge (PICs) nationwide participated in the Second National Kaho PICs Training Course, held from 31 October–2 November 2025 at the SGM Culture Centre.

The course, themed “EmpowerHer – Building Sustainable and Inclusive Communities for a Better Tomorrow,” emphasised the importance of listening, embracing diversity, and using inner strength, faith and action to foster a society of peace and dignity.
In her opening address, SGM Kaho Group committee leader Dr Angela Ng encouraged participants to engage in sincere dialogue and appreciate differences between individuals. SGM women’s division general leader May Chan urged them to treasure the learning experience, embody President Ikeda’s spirit, and return to their communities with gratitude and renewed determination.

The training reached a lively peak during the “Kaho Got Talent” session on the second day, where vibrant performances showcased the women’s creativity.

On the final day, the experience-sharing session reflected the strength of women who create new possibilities through perseverance and faith.
In her closing address, SGM women’s division leader Chan Yin Kwan emphasised the spirit of Bodhisattva Never Disparaging, encouraging leaders to recognise differences, understand diversity and practise self-transformation by respecting every life.
In his message, SGM General Director Koh Sia Feai conveyed the message that the strength of women is the organisation’s treasure, shining like a radiant sun illuminating society through faith and wisdom.
