On 4 May, SGM Justice Group held an online forum addressing the challenges of living in high-rise buildings such as apartments and condominiums. The event drew 415 participants and featured legal professionals Tan Leng and Hua Sia Yen as speakers and Ang Lai Yee as the moderator.

The forum covered the distinctions between strata and common property, as well as the rights and responsibilities of strata property owners in ensuring checks and balances with the management of high-rise buildings.

The legality of common issues such as limited parking space, inter-floor leakage, theft, pets and outstanding maintenance fees were also discussed.
