On 8 October, SGM General Director Koh Sia Feai delivered a study lecture at the SGI Asia Culture and Education Centre. The lecture was also broadcast to 60 venues nationwide, with over 4,500 SGM leaders and members in participation.

He explained that Nam-myoho-renge-kyo is Shakyamuni Buddha’s highest teaching which enables the practitioners to attain enlightenment and has the power to transform one’s karma. He also emphasised that the practitioners, as Bodhisattvas of the Earth, should share such a great and wonderful fundamental law of the universe to others.
