To help address potential blood shortages during the fasting month, SGM actively collaborated with hospitals to organise blood donation drives at 10 locations across Sabah, Sarawak, Perak and Kedah in March.
In Sabah, blood donation campaigns were held on 2, 9 and 23 March at its culture centre, the SGM Keningau and Sandakan Centres, respectively, collecting a total of 98 bags of blood.
On the 8th, SGM Sarawak’s drive at AEON Mall Kuching Central collected 67 bags of blood.

SGM Perak conducted drives on 9 March at the SGM Setiawan Centre, and on 23 March at its culture centre, as well as at the SGM Kampar, Sungai Siput and Taiping Centres, collectively collecting 194 bags of blood.
Meanwhile, on 28 March, SGM Kedah collected 21 bags of blood during its drive at the SGM Langkawi Centre.
