Donating blood is a manifestation of compassion, which can help save lives. On September 29, 2019 SGM Pahang collaborated with Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan, Kuantan (HTAA) in organising a blood donation campaign at its culture centre.

The aim of the event was to help replenish the blood supply at the hospital, which depends on the strong support of the community. This campaign received warm response and support from the public with 150 donors from all races registering for the exercise and resulted in the collection of 109 packets of blood.

Also on the same day, SGM Melaka held a blood donation campaign, “Save Lives and Give Lives”, at its culture centre, with the support of Melaka General Hospital. A total of 99 participants registered and 63 packets of blood were successful collected.
