In battles soldiers regard the general as their soul. If the general were to lose heart, his soldiers would become cowards.

The Lotus Sutra teaches the ultimate philosophy of leadership. The determination of leaders is key to all victories.
Leaders’ courage spreads to others; their prayers based on the vow for kosen-rufu inspire others; and their example in paving the way forward creates fresh momentum in our movement.
I hope you, the great leaders of Soka who share my spirit, will wholeheartedly thank and praise our sincere...
