So you have been introduced to Nichiren Buddhism, and would like to know more about this practice. In this column for newcomers, we learn about the basics of Nichiren Buddhism through the guidance of SGI president Daisaku Ikeda, whose efforts had spread Nichiren Buddhism throughout the world.

President Ikeda presents six points for attaining happiness, and stresses that all of them are included in the practice of Nichiren Buddhism.
