SGM于2022年4月9日在线举行健康讲座，逾一千三百人踊跃参加。萧荣志内科专科医生主讲冠心病（心脏病病例之一），包括其症状、检验及治疗方式，并列出高风险群体及解答冠心病相关的迷思。他劝导与会者“预防胜于治疗”，敦促听众戒烟、保持适量运动及健康的饮食与作息、定期进行身体检查及病患根据医生的指示按时服药。另一位主讲人张世豪护士是在冠心病监护病房（CCU）工作。张护士讲解CCU的历史、其重要性、与重症加护病房（ICU）的异同、照顾方式及病患出院后的注意事项，他最后敦促全体度过有规律的生活。讲座会结束前，萧医生总结道，管理健康唯有靠自己，期许大家拥有健康身体，度过丰裕的一生。
