《复栈敷夫人书其一》
譬如，春野草茂千里辽阔，点燃如豆之火，立时即成无量无边之大火。此衣亦同。虽仅一领单衣，实供养于法华经一切文字之佛。此功德更将及于父母、祖父母，乃至无边众生。

白话文：譬如，春天，在千里辽阔的草原上，点燃像豆子那么小的一点火花，马上会变成无量无边的大火！这件单衣也是同样的情形。虽然只是一件单衣，实际上就等于供养了法华经一切文字的佛。这个功德更将扩及到父母、祖父母，甚至是无边的众生。

背景大意：日莲大圣人在身延写给住在镰仓的栈敷夫人，答谢她的真心赠送夏天的衣物（单衣）。并教示供养法华经行者（大圣人）的功德，不只是回向给本人，还会扩及到身边周围的人。
