Over the years, numerous artists have exhibited their artworks at Wisma Kebudayaan SGM. In appreciation of SGM’s efforts in promoting art and culture, artists and individuals have donated numerous artworks to SGM. In April 2008, SGM held the “Exhibition of Artworks Contributed by Malaysian Artists” at Wisma Kebudayaan SGM in order to expose the public to fine works for their appreciation.

Kedah	Pahang

In order for more people to appreciate these fine art works, SGM made arrangement for it to be exhibited at the culture centres in Penang, Kedah, Perak, Selangor, Melaka, Johor and finally in Pahang. The exhibition was well received each state.

The works exhibited included those by Foo Yong Kong, Cheah Thien Soong, Tan Tong, Han Biao, Lee Jiayao, Tan Kim Sar and Wang Sze Yen. These works gained high appreciation from the crowd.

Penang	Perak

Besides the exhibition, the SGM state branches also organised lectures on art and held drawing competitions for children to raise the standard of art appreciation among the people.
