On September 5, 2008, SGM Selangor was invited to perform at the Kelab Sosial Pulau Ketam’s 10th anniversary dinner held at Hin Hua Independent Chinese School, Klang. A total of 160 members, comprising both performers and behind the scenes crew were involved in the event. The performance put up by SGM Selangor youth included traditional and contemporary dances, dragon dance, and gymnastics formation. Kelab Sosial Pulau Ketam is a non-profit community group for residents and those were originally from Pulau Ketam.
