The seminar entitled “Youth Organisations as Non-formal Learning Institutions” was attended by 50 participants from various countries. Its purpose is to share experience on how youth organisations contribute to non-formal learning. On February 26, 2008, twelve participants from nine countries - India, Korea, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Sudan and Sri Lanka together with representatives from the International Youth Centre Foundation visited Wisma Kebudayaan SGM for an exchange. The participants included those working in the youth sector from both governmental and non-governmental organisations.
