The Chin Woo Association of Perak and Malaysia organised the “10th World Chin Woo Wushu Championships” at the Indera Mulia Sports Stadium in Ipoh from November 22 to November 25 and invited SGM Perak to present a Chinese dance during the opening ceremony of the martial arts event. The dance entitled, “The Flight of the Gods,” was presented by fifteen members of the SGM Perak dance group and won great appreciation from the spectators. Minister of Housing and Local Government, Dato’ Seri Ong Ka Chuan launched the event. The participating countries and regions were Singapore, Vietnam, England, Switzerland, Japan, Russia, Austria and China.
