SGM Negeri Sembilan Participated in
“I Come From a New Village” event
at Sikamat New Village Charity Sales

SGM Negeri Sembilan was invited to participate in “I Come From a New Village” carnival charity sales at Sikamat New Village, Seremban. The sales helped to raise RM1, 966.00 to improve the basic structure of SJK Kampung Baru Sikamat.

The sales were jointly organised by Nanyang Siang Pau, Astro and Sikamat New Village. Held on June 19, 2011, it was officially opened by Negeri Sembilan State Exco member in charge of Tourism, Unity, Culture, Arts and Heritage, Y.B. Dato’ Haji Mohd Razi bin Haji Kail.

The sales also included children’s colouring competition, babies contest, games, free medical consultation and blood donation campaign. Among the distinguished guests present at the carnival were the State Exco member, Dato’ Siow Chen Pin; New Village Head Wong Phui Kan; Headmaster of SJK Kampung Baru Sikamat, Wong Kim Chong; School Inspector Chew Chee Kong and Nanyang Siang Pau manager, Chong Chi Chang.
