Tadika Seri Soka Pupils Visit Kuala Lumpur Craft Complex
On May 27, 2011, 163 five-year-old pupils from Tadika Seri Soka (TSS) visited Kuala Lumpur Craft Complex to see the process of making batik cloth.
The children showed interest in the making of batik cloth through the use of wax and colour. They listened intently to the personnel explaining the various processes, exhibiting their appreciation for things of beauty.
This outdoor activity was organised in accord with the May curricular subject of “Dresses”. Through this visit, the children were exposed to the traditional culture of Malaysia.
