Fife-and-Drums Corps Holds Camp and Fourth General Meet

From December 24 to 26, 2010, members of the SGM Hope Fife-and-Drum Corps organised a camp at the SGM Culture Centre to celebrate the 25th anniversary of its formation. During this camp, the fourth general meeting of the corps was also held. Corps members from Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Perak and Penang attended the camp. The participants studied the gosho and discussed the guidelines towards year 2030, the 100th anniversary of Soka Gakkai’s founding. Representatives from the states also shared victory reports of corps members in their state. The highlight of the general meet was the two-hour concert on December 25, which was held to express the corps members’ appreciation to their members and SGM members.
