SGM Negeri Sembilan was invited to present Chinese dance at the “Negeri Sembilan Culture Carnival” organised by the state government on June 18, 2010 to promote international exchange and tourism. Seventeen dancers from SGM Negeri Sembilan performed a dance entitled “Harmony”, showcasing the harmonious and prosperous state of the country.

Representing the Menteri Besar in officiating the opening ceremony was the State Exco Member for Tourism, Dato’ Mohammad Razi Kail. The carnival was held in front of the Seremban Municipal Council Building. About 1,000 people including government officials and members of the public attended the function. Besides local dancers, the organisers also invited dance troupes from Thailand, Brazil, Africa and Japan to enliven the occasion.
